Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
After your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it typically takes 1–3 business days for us to prepare and dispatch your package. Orders placed during weekends or holidays may take slightly longer to process.
2. Delivery Options & Timeframes
We offer flexible delivery options based on your location and urgency:
  • Domestic Shipping:

    • Standard: 5–7 business days
    • Express: 2–3 business days
  • International Shipping:

    • Standard: 10–21 business days (varies by country)
    • Express: 5–10 business days (available to select regions)
Please note that unforeseen delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues can occur.
3. Shipping Rates
The cost of shipping depends on:
  • The total weight and size of your order
  • Your delivery address
  • The shipping method selected
You will see the exact shipping cost before finalizing your purchase at checkout. Occasionally, we offer promotional free shipping on orders over a certain amount — keep an eye out for special offers!
4. Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey. You can also log into your account to view real-time updates on your shipment status.
5. International Orders – Important Information
For international customers, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about potential fees before placing your order.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
If your package does not arrive within the expected time frame or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and aim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Address Changes
It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, please reach out to us immediately. Once the package has been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
8. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without any charges. After this period, cancellation is no longer possible if the order has already entered the fulfillment stage.
